Lisa found her passion for TCM from an early age. Her grandfather was a renown TCM doctor in Burma. Being brought up in an environment of such, it spiked her interest for helping others as she'd always witnessed the magic of TCM. Lisa graduated at the top of her class both for the master and the doctoral programs. She also received a full scholarship to pursue her PhD in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Her specialties are internal medicine, pediatrics, women's health, digestive issues, pain management, neurology, fertility, immune system disorders, emotional imbalance (depression), PTSD (Post-traumatic stress disorder), and facial rejuvenation. She is a gifted practitioner who utilizes her sensitivity and energy reading in her sessions. Lisa will tailor to patient's needs and customize a perfect treatment plan to get the best results in the shortest amount of time. She has many years of Tui Na experience that will have you feeling extraordinary after every session.
Dr. Lisa Jeong believes when we feel good we look good, and when we look good we feel radiant! It is important to maintain our inner health in order for our beauty to radiate on the outside. After many years of witnessing this from her patients, she saw the need to create a one-stop spa to achieve all these goals. As we age, we tend to have more stress, and in turn feel more fatigued, heavier leading to looking and feeling less attractive. This may cause our confidence to plunge, affecting our energy and quality of life. With this in mind, she strongly felt a need to be innovative and create a space to combine the art of TCM such as acupuncture, alongside with cutting edge new modern technologies offering body contouring, body sculpting, sweat pods, and facial services to help us feel and look our best, all here at Life AcuMed Spa.
